WPS and Motorola Netopia - 3347-02

Hi all,

I have an old Motorola router provided by Swisscom.

I wonder if it supports WPS. I couldn't find the setting in the router web interface.

I'm asking, because I just bought a Canon printer supporting this wi-fi protocol.

If Motorola model doesn't support WPS, is it possible to get the router replaced by one of the newer models of Swisscom (if they support it)?

Hello,

I don't know if the Motorola router supports WPS but I think that you don't need it to use your Canon printer.

The WPS is just a protocol to simplified the wifi configuration but you can configure your printer manualy with the SSID, IP, WPA key.
