Bicanl sound on web tv

    • I’ve asked this question before but have never heard any more……..certainly not from Swisscom.

    Why does web tv no longer let one choose the audio language for programmes transmitted using bicanal?

      Hi jonf

      At the moment the feature is not available due to a technical issue. Our technicians are working on the solution.

      As a workaround you can watch a tv show in replay (just press “Pause” for 1-2 sec and then “Play”) and the “bicanal”-button will be available.
