I don't understand why Swisscom doesn't put subtitles in both French (or German) and English for films on video on demand. Recently, I've given up trying to order films through Swisscom but instead just go through Apple TV.
I especially don't understand their decision not to add them as virtually all TV programmes in French or English are subtitled but the ones that should make Swisscom some money are being ignored. Can anyone shed any light on this?
