What if I don't want her to have data roaming? What I find grossly unfair is that although I am responsible to pay her bill, I have no way to control how much she is allowed to spend? SHe is 12 and did not understand how and what apps use data and how much it costs when you are out of the network. Heck, most adults don't understand that!!
I called yesterday to ask if swisscom could put a credit cap (max) on her plan and I was told no they could not. Her credit limit is now set to 250 CHF. So that means if she goes out of her network and uses data without knowing, I am liable up to 250 CHF? That is ridiculous. There should be a way for a parent to have control over what the child is spending.
That makes me pretty upset.
She has an iphone.
