Last night there was an ‘outage’ on Bluewin TV. I waited for some minutes and then decided to unplug everything for a minute and try again. No luck. Eventually I rang the free number and almost immediately got through to one of the most competent, multilingual and amusing Customer Service people I have ever had the pleasure to have contact with. I found out he is actually French, comes from Briançon and is based in Lausanne so you shouldn’t have too many problems identifying him. Please tell him he was much appreciated and make sure his boss knows what we think. Thanks!
