The majority of those who have posted something here would like more clarity in communication from BMW and Swisscom.
We are here in the Customer Help Customer Forum. Swisscom only moderates passively here. Even though I can understand your desire, I think your chances of getting more information here are very slim. Official information is only available from Swisscom.
You can get in touch via contact form - as we all know, constant dripping wears away the stone. (And the forum here is not the Swisscom stone, but the user stone 😉)
