  • Thank you for the feedback.

So if I move a photo to an album, it is automatically gone from the photos and only exists in the album, which makes sense since I don’t need the photo twice.

When my father moves a photo to an album, it appears twice under Photos and Album. If he then deletes the photo under Photos because it is no longer needed there, he also deletes the photo in the album.

  • Automatically delete photos

  • My father has My cloud on the Samsung.

If he moves a photo to an album and then deletes it under Photos, it automatically deletes the photo in the album as well.

When I assign a photo to an album, it is automatically gone from Photos. How can we change this? Thank you for a tip

The puzzle is solved: under filter at the top right you can choose to only display photos that are not assigned to an album - problem solved ;-))

  • One post just says the following:
The behavior you describe was actually like that in the past. We have updated the switch’s firmware in the meantime so that the Home App restores the previous status after a power interruption. The prerequisite for this is that the Smart Switch is added to the Home App.
