I have bought a ZTE U30 Air 5G router, and i can’t seem to connect it to the Swisscom mobile network. I’ve tried limiting the connection to LTE mode but still no success, and multiple sim (multisim) cards. The cards work just fine in an different (4G) device. The device itself seems to work, as when i plugged a Sunrise prepaid card in it, the network connection worked as expected, however with swisscom sim cards it just refuses to connnect (i get a “Failed” when i try the connect button and the mobile network indicator stays red).
Is there anything else I can try? i’ve already checked (with the Sunrise sim) if there are any available updates, but it doesn’t seem to be the case, and i cannot find online(ZTE) any firmware updates either. i’ve also tried with the main sim card, same result, I always get “failed” when trying to connect to the mobile network.
