Pifeinaff62 Die MyCloud funktioniert in der iPhone-Dateien-App nicht mehr. Gibt es ein aktuelles Problem und vielleicht eine mögliche Lösung?
WalterB Pifeinaff62 Es ist schon komisch bei mir und bei der Frau ihrem iPhone und iPad auch jederzeit ohne Probleme. Was meinst Du genau mit der Dateien-App, für das MyCloud habe ich ein eigenes MyCloud App ?

Dave_ Black Mamba Ich habe das selbe Problem. Habe die App deinstalliert, danach hat es wieder funktioniert für kurze Zeit. Jetzt funktioniert es wie im Bild gezeigt wieder nicht mehr. Mein Setup: iOS 18.6.2 und MyCloud v.25.35.3
Pifeinaff62 Black Mamba I have tried already this, it is just working for a short period than again not working anymore. My guess is that the app has a bug that must be fixed.
Pifeinaff62 WalterB By Files app I mean the default Iphone files app: Here you can enable the MyCloud app and see all the folders from the server. This is the part which is not working anymore. The app itself it is working as it should.
WalterB Pifeinaff62 Auch da habe ich beim iPhone 14 und iPad kein Problem, die Dateien "pdf" und "doc" können normal geöffnet und angesehen werden.
WalterB Pifeinaff62 @daverupp kann man das auch nachsehen, ebenso ein Problem mit iOS bei diesem Anwender .
daverupp Hallo zusammen, Wir schauen uns das ganze an - es gibt eine mögliche Lösung und ich werde das mit den Entwicklern anschauen. Melde mich hier wieder wenn ich einen Update habe. LG dave
