Wie kann man denn sich “aus Versehen” bei der blue TV App sich “aus Versehen” mit den persönlichen Daten und “aus Versehen” mit einer Adresse aus Basel, was auch immer das für eine Adresse sein mag, registrieren mit Wohnsitz Bahrain??? Finde ich jetzt ein sehr merkwürdiger Fall hier… Sonst siehe oben… @Stephan_76 hat dir die Kontaktmöglichkeiten geschrieben. Etwas anderes gibt es nicht, denn hier ist ein öffentliches Forum, nicht der Support.

Im Ausland funktioniert kein Bluewin TV App “Live”.

Im Ausland kann blue TV eingeschränkt genutzt werden. Die blue TV App ermöglicht es, Aufnahmen und Filme, die man bereits heruntergeladen hat, offline anzusehen. Live-TV ist im Ausland aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen meistens blockiert.

Hoighaittou63 Have you tried performing a full power cycle of the TV (unplugging it from the power outlet and plugging it back in)? It’s possible that something got stuck in the cache. Let us know if that helps. Also: What’s the model of your TV?
