New upgade on TV Box
Everytime I start my tv box after the upgrade, I get a blue circle of death. I have to then unplug the power and plug it back in and turn it on for it to reboot. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
restart the TV-Box via the blue TV menu
otherwise physically reset the TV-Box

Thanks. It may have sorted it self.
It is the Swisscom Box, the one with the large area on the top with material, I think its the model before the Swisscom box 21.
I am a bit reluctant to do a hard reset, I assume I would have to reload all the apps I installed though the google play store again, is this correct?
@Darrin63 Yes, it is correct, if you do a hard reset, you must download all Apps previously installed from Googly Play again.
