Schionnemug27 I have recently changed over to blue supermax including what was my existing disney+ account. All was working fine but now doesn't matter which device through the box or direct with apps on other tv or laptop. I get error message trying to logon on with screen asking to return to home page. Tried turning it on and off and unistalling but no joy. Any advice please.
Black Mamba @Schionnemug27 For TV-Box, if the problem doesn't go away with a restart of the TV-Box, try resetting it. For the laptop, delete the browsing history and restart the drinking machine. Test with another browser.
Schionnemug27 Finally sorted it out in the typical IT solution turned the router on and off. No clue how this was related to Disney + all other streaming apps worked no problem.
