Necronomicon1313 I use the Swisscom Webmail on my laptop and iPhone...In the 'old' Webmail layout there was a section called 'Meine Ordner' or My Folders in which I had various folders containing important information which I wanted to keep and refer to from time to time. Where can I find My Folders in the newly 'modernised' Webmail layout?

LeylaG Hello @Dumpeummeu71 Another customer experienced a similar issue. Her/His missing folders "slipped" into other folders during the migration. Have you tried to check under your other folders? Sorry for the inconveniences.
