Received HomePod with US power cable

Hello,

I received HomePod with US standard power cable.

I called to customer support who told me to go and buy somewhere the adapter as a solution.

1. As by Swiss law all electronic devices which are selling in Switzerland must go with Swiss standard power cable or adapter included.

2. There is no information of product page on your website informing customer regarding buying product with US power cable. This delude customer, and illegal in Switzerland.

3. I informed this case to Apple Switzerland, I was ensured about #1/#2 above. They said Swiss cable without adapter must be provided.

Please send me clarification about selling me product not related to Swiss market, how legal is this from your point of view so I can send it to CH State Secretarial for investigation, and inform me when I can receive the product with Swiss power cable.

You're overreacting a bit. Just send it back and order a new one.

This must be an error. It's not even Swisscom's fault most likely. It's probably provided like that by the distributor.
