I would like to buy prepaid for my child. I do not have my number in Swisscom.
- I created account and i'm logged in.
- I'm selecting package and i have message "To be able to access your cockpit, you must first log in."
- I'm putting my number and get the response: "The cockpit is not available for this telephone number."
Is there a way to buy prepaid without Swisscom number?
