So… I recently purchased Dune 2, it is a great movie and we were happy to have it available as getting to the cinema to watch it is difficult when you have puppy that cannot be left alone for too long.
However, even when we select “English” as the language, whilst we do not normally need subtitles, it is quite annoying as in the movie they speak different languages and the subtitles appear in German. This means we have to pause the vide each time and translate them into English.
Also, when you pause the video and then come back some time alter, e.g. the following day, and select to “continue watching” the movie is defaulted back into German language with no option to change the language into English unless you select “watch from beginning” and then select immediately “English” from the options menu.
This is a very poor customer experience. Is there any plan to update this behaviour, or is it something we are doing wrong?
