I am trying to buy additional data packages for my kids mobile (blue kids mobile) but have an error message. This is on the app, the iPhone browser and the PC browser. It's been like this for the last 24 hours. Is the service down? "Error

The cockpit cannot be displayed at the moment. Please try again later."

@Steitzejau74 I was able to log in without any problems and nothing is reported about the cockpit on the error page.

So what's happening with my account? It does not work for both my kids. Is there a help desk that I can call?

@Steitzejau74 Yes, please call 0800 800800, did you test already different browsers and did you delete the browser data (history, cache and cookies), but it is indeed strange that the message appears on different devices.

The access to the Cockpit for some Blue mobile Kids subscriptions is currently compromised.
