zyxel PM7300 and Pfsense

Hello everyone,
I need help.
I have a 10gbe Fiber XGS-PON subscription with Centro Business 3.0 router.
I would like to remove this router and use Zyxel Pm7300 bridge and Pfsense.
I haven't found any guide that adapts to the pm7300, I found this guide but they didn't use the Pm7300 but directly an Ax7501-bo router (https://hs-x.ch/swisscom-und-pfsense).

I tried but to no avail, has anyone already tried with Pm7300 and has a guide?

You can use the original IB4 with the pfSense in Double Nat mode with a cascaded Net, or you can buy the the Zyxel XGS-PON Bridge with the pfSense Appliance as Access-Router itself.

The idea to buy a hole XGS-PON Router for only putting it to bridge mode is not longer needed since the first XGS-PON Bridges came available on the market.

but I already followed the guide in the forum.
But I have Zyxel pm7300+Pfsense bridge and I can't get it to work.
If anyone has this combination and it works it would be great to replicate.

I would like to avoid the double Nat with IB3 Swisscom and Pfsense.

Just read a post by @kalapuro - maybe he can help you? 😊

After few hours, mostly spent on attempts to register my router at Swisscom side, I managed to setup it. So can confirm that connecting to Swisscom via XSG-PON Zyxel PM7300 (bridge mode) works. It's too early to comment on stability and speed, but will inform community in case of any issues.

Let me know (private message) in case anyone needs assistance with Zyxel PM7300 configuration.
