Siestachei81 Hi! I am setting up a 3rd party router for my GPON connection. The whole setup seems to be correct and I am able to see the page: https://swisscom.ch/access/ (redirected to https://www2.swisscom.ch/splashpage/guest/app/adsl\_registration) My understanding is that this is where I can enter my NSN and other info in order to activate the connection. My issue is that this is protected by Swisscom login, which I don't have because I am a Wingo customer. Anybody had this issue or knows how I can register my (Swisscom provided) connection when I only have a Wingo customer id? Thanks, Alban.
bitracer Procedure for Wingo customers is a bit different. You can find it on the Wingo site. https://www.wingo.ch/de/hilfe/faq/kann-ich-fuer-wingo-internet-meinen-eigenen-router-verwenden The connection is AON btw.
Siestachei81 Thanks for the reply. I did saw this link, it's not quite a procedure though 🙂 It just says "You need to enter your NSN code", without saying where. Do you have any information on that? Thanks
bitracer You need to contact Wingo customer service. Even thought it's a Swisscom owned company, it behaves as separate entity.
