3rd party router from Wingo

Hi!

I am setting up a 3rd party router for my GPON connection. The whole setup seems to be correct and I am able to see the page: https://swisscom.ch/access/ (redirected to https://www2.swisscom.ch/splashpage/guest/app/adsl\_registration)

My understanding is that this is where I can enter my NSN and other info in order to activate the connection.

My issue is that this is protected by Swisscom login, which I don't have because I am a Wingo customer.

Anybody had this issue or knows how I can register my (Swisscom provided) connection when I only have a Wingo customer id?

Procedure for Wingo customers is a bit different. You can find it on the Wingo site.

The connection is AON btw.

I did saw this link, it's not quite a procedure though 🙂

It just says "You need to enter your NSN code", without saying where.

Do you have any information on that?

You need to contact Wingo customer service. Even thought it's a Swisscom owned company, it behaves as separate entity.
