Hello, is there someone who can activate my SIM card?

As @bitracer already mentioned, this is a "customers help customers" forum. If you need assistance from Swisscom, contact Swisscom directly.

We can try to help you, but for that, we need additional information: What kind of SIM-card are you trying to activate? (additional Multi-SIM, pre-paid etc.) Where exactly are you stuck? What does not work?

I ordered additional Multi-SIM. i have a Mikrotik router and do not have an IP on it and suspected sim is not activated

Did you follow the steps outlined here?

On your master device, visit cockpit.swisscom.ch(opens in new tab)

Click "Devices".

Click "Select Option".

Select the Multi Device option you want to use.

Click on "I have a SIM card or an eSIM profile".

Click "Scan SIM QR code".

Click "Scan now".

Photograph the QR Code on the Multi Device SIM in the cockpit. (Please do not use a QR code reader app. Scanning only works in the cockpit.) You might have to allow access to your camera.

Check your Multi Device order and click "Confirm".

You will now see a confirmation that we have received your order.

In the meantime insert the Multi Device SIM in your additional device.

A text to your master device now notifies you that the Multi Device option has been activated.

This process will take some time (usually just a few minutes). Is it possible, you already started it a few minutes a go?

After completion, you'll get an SMS on your master device, stating the SIM card is now ready. Additionally, the SIM/your router should appear here.

Aha, I did on Saturday, and I waited for 24 hours.

And did you receive the SMS? Does the SIM appear in your cockpit? Did you restart your router after?

If no, you will unfortunately have to contact Swisscom directly, as we don't have access to internal systems and therefore cannot check what's going on here.

Hello all, The issue with my sim card was, that I ordered a new iPhone and the Swiscom system can not process another activation order.
