web portal ( WLAN set up)

I've started using Internet Box 4.

I made WLAN (SSID) name with password.

WLAN name was "XYZ". In the first 1 or 2 weeks, I did not see any issues.

And for some reason, I changed WLAN name to totally different " ABC".

Then,,,,,,,

These days I can see " XYZ 2" as my WLAN (SSID) name instead of "ABC" in the connected devices including my PC or smartphone. In this case, I can confirm "ABC" as WLAN name in web portal administration of internet box.

This is very much strange,,,, Why is it shown "XYZ 2", NOt as "ABC"?

And I set up several items in web portal. But I realized that those set-ups have been changed when I checked again.

It looks somebody is invading my web portal......

Could anybody give me a good solution?

Maybe a guest network? Probably the easiest solution is to reset the router and configure it again from scratch.

Thank you. But I reset the router and did the same.

"Visitor" is of course keeps "OFF".

But The connected device (PC) still shows "ABC 2" while set up SSID name is XYZ.

Maybe it's a device issue. Forget this network on the device and try to connect again. Do you see the new SSID?
