Fiber activation page not showing, help!!!

New fiber contract from an outsourcing company using Swisscom fiber network. When connecting the router for the first time, it should bring up the Swisscom page for activation. If not, i am supposed to go to http://www.swisscom.com/help and it should take me to the OTO ID page where i need to enter my OTO and pass so the line can be activated. But instead it redirects me to either the Swisscom login page (and don't have an account and can't create one), or a general help page.. but now way I can activate the fiber connection. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

You need to check with them how to activate your line.

on the other hand, it is not referenced, hence the redirection to the Swisscom connection page
