Re unsollicited and unwanted calls

I am writing in re to the numerous unsollicited and unwanted calls.

Each time I answer the call, NO RESPONSE, NO REPLY, SILENCE.

I have blocked the calls as they come but it is terribly annoying

and disconcerting.

What should I do? Why do I receive these unwanted calls? Should

I be concerned? And how do I protect myself???

Please advise. Thank you for your assistance and help.

@Seirotho25 This is not the client service this is a clients help clients community. The client service can be called (0800 800800) directly. The problem you have is well known. Did you activate the callfilter in Cockpit or MySwisscom? In Cockpit e.g., you can do this under "call settings"

This not a guarantee this doen't not happen again, but some of those numbers are filtered out. As they change their number alltime, it is difficult. My experience shows that these enerving call end after a couple of day, if you don't react.
