Chackowe51 Hi, my voice assistant stopped working properly. Now when I try to use it, it is like It can't heard my voice. Everything is activated, and I have tried even to reset my tv box. Still not working. any help? thankyou
Black Mamba @Chackowe51 Which TV-Box model is installed? If it is the Swisscom Box (IP2000), try a reset in the hole provided. Or it could be defective, in which case ask for a standard replacement.
