email login on computer

I have a bluewin.ch email address on my mobile phone and on my desktop computer. I can log in to my email on my mobile phone but not my computer. On the computer when I enter my username it takes me to the next page to enter the password. When I do that, instead of going to my mails it returns to blue news. Can somebody help?

@Neppaufaf25 Could you please delete the browser history and cache, if it doesn't work could you please try it with another browser. Did it work before on the PC?

Perfect! Thanks a lot. Switching from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge did the trick.

Could you please delete the browser history, cookies and cache, if it doesn't work could you please try it with another browser. Did it work before on the PC?
