MyCloud Data Download on hard drive

Hi. I have over 250gb of media in MyCloud and was wondering if there a simpler way to download all data to an external hard drive. I have tried numerous way including downloading on small batches and it's taking an awful long time and/or keeps crashing.

reason to do this is because I am leaving Switzerland. Thx for any tips.

@Jiogreinta63 This a well known problem with MyCloud which has unfortunately no good export function, from my experiences there is no real good way to download big amounts of data at the time in a fast way. Let's see what others may answer, but I do not have really much hope.

The "easiest" Way is to use the Desktop App and using your Hard Disk as Storage Location for ALL files.
