Ray__77 Hello, I have recently lost "outgoing" caller ID functionality when placing calls. Receiving side doesn't see my number but instead it shows as PRIVATE NUMBER. This happens **only** when calling international numbers. For calls inside Switzerland all works fine, both Swisscom and other mobile networks. I'm on iPhone 12, iOS latest 16.2 Anyone having the same issue? Cheers
Meijeheis79 It's turned on. This started to manifest only a few weeks ago. Therefore I guess it must be either iOS upgrade to 16.2 or some Swisscom feature that was introduced/changed. Anyone experiencing the same thing?
DomiP As we are here in a english-speaking part of the Community the chance to find another customer with the same problem is extremely low. Have you already stated a request by Apple?
bitracer Try to dial *31#. If that doesn't help, login into cockpit-> Call settings and enable "Unlock number display via third-party provider".
