Have you received a letter or SMS message from us asking you to add your e-mail address to your Swisscom contract? In case you're wondering whether this message is genuine, then the answer is yes, it is.
Swisscom is currently writing to all customers who have not yet entered an e-mail address, asking them to add an e-mail address. This is so that you can continue to receive personal messages and subscription information in the future.
Follow the link we sent you. You can also add a protected e-mail address in My Swisscom at any time:
- Log into My Swisscom.
- Enter your e-mail address and confirm.
- Enter the confirmation code that you receive via e-mail.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming that your e-mail address has been duly entered.
