UHD TV-Box has experienced a technical problem in recent few days, triggered by using the Prime Video app. Whenever you log into the app or want to watch a film, the UHD TV Box freezes and stops working properly.
Around 15,000 customers are currently affected.
The problem has now been identified and fixed by Amazon.
The app will be updated on this TV-Box on Friday 16 December. The app update will be displayed as usual when the app is started and the problem will be resolved as soon as customers update the app.
Alternatively, the TV-Box can be reset, after which the UHD TV-Box will work normally again.



After a reset of the TV-Box:
- The remote control must be reconnected to the box.
- The customer must log in to the TV apps used again.
- The Continue Viewing and Last Viewed screens will be empty. Content will be added as they are used.
Note: all recordings will be saved.
