Problem with Netgear box

I have just received the new Swisscom setup box. the problem is that I am using the Swisscom Netgear device to transmit the TV signal from the modem to a remote receiver which is then connected to the new setup box. the problem I think the Netgear (black box) transmitter is not compatible to the receiver (white box) which Swisscom had supplied me a couple of years ago. does anyone know where I can get hold of a Swisscom technician who residents close to where I am living to resolve my current problem? I am living in Oberlunkhofen/AG.

Just get the WLAN-Box. It will cost you less than a technician.

many thanks for your tip. this is what I guess as well. like i said, currently I have this Netgear transmitter and Swisscom supplied me their current white WLAN box which acts as a receiver for the TV signal from the modem which I have placed a couple of meters away from the setup box and TV.

Just switch to all Swisscom gear setup and you'll be fine.
