Can't dial internationally

Hi,

I requested my SIP credentials the usual way (SMS) and configured them on a 3CX VoIP system.

I can make & receive calls, but calls starting with 00 to another country never work. I checked the barring settings, but there are no visual blocks to international numbers. Is there somewhere a block that external SIP credentials cannot be used for international calls?

I can make and receive national calls. The article provided by @Black Mamba does not provide any details re. call restrictions. I checked in the Swisscom portal to see if any calling restrictions apply re. international calling, but this is not the case. I still cannot make international calls.

It is possible that the connection used is out of order, check the line in the customer area

Check the dialing prefix, maybe you're sending + instead of 00.
