Internet connection on copper or Coax in the new apartment?

Hello,

I have just moved in a new apartment and here I don't have a Fiber Patch box, but I have a strange cooper cable box, so it's definitely not a fiber connection.

It is interesting that I also don't find any ID number of the box like on the Fiber Boxes, and aldo on the Swisscom portal it looks like Swisscom can connect customer at that address, I want to double check before creating a contract.

Could someone please confirm/contest that Swisscom can connect my apartment? I am only interested in Internet Line, no TV or fixed phone line.

YES it is possible, Swisscom or a certified partner can establish the connection, currently at the address mentioned the speeds are limited because the fiber line is not yet available there, the current box is surely made of copper cables

Check your Internet surfing speed and whether Swisscom blue TV is available in UHD, HD or SD quality at the required address here Availability check | Swisscom
