Manual APN Settings for Mobile Broadband router

I have a mobile broadband router and need to manually configure the APN (no automatic provisioning). I do not know what the exact settings for the Swisscom network are. I've tried different settings with no luck.

The router in question is a NetGear NightHawk M2.
