To continue offering Netflix users a wide range of entertainment and improve the quality of its service,Netflix is increasing its prices as of 18.11.2021, up CHF 2.– for a standard subscription and CHF 3.– for premium subscriptions.
This adjustment is out of Swisscom's control. This price change will also affect customers with Netflix included in their blue TV X subscription. However, as a blue TV X customer, you will only pay the higher price from 1 February 2022. Swisscom will cover the additional cost until that time. Affected customers will be notified by e-mail in the coming weeks.
