"- Please press the reset button on the lower side of the Gigaset camera 2.0 for 15 seconds.
- Disconnect the Gigaset camera 2.0 from the power for 30 minutes after the reset.
- Use the elements app - the Gigaset camera app is no longer supported.
- After 30 minutes, reconnect the Gigaset camera 2.0 to the power cable.
- When registering, the smart camera 2.0 must be near the router.
- Please make sure that the WLAN network is visible.
- Your WLAN password should not contain any special characters such as §, $, & or the like and should not contain more than 20 characters.
- Please use a WPA2 key when connecting, not the WPS button on the Fritz! Box if you have one.
- Our Gigaset camera 2.0 uses a 2.4GHz WLAN network and requires automatic IP assignment (IP4, not IP6). Mesh networks are also not supported.
If the Gigaset camera 2.0 has already been activated, remove it from the save network by using the smartphone.
Please connect the Gigaset camera 2.0 to power and start the elements app. Please click on [Elements] and then on the [+] sign. Please select [camera 2.0] to start the activation.
It is important that you connect to the Gigaset camera 2.0 network with your smartphone when the elements app prompts you to do so. If necessary, confirm the connection if you are informed that there is no internet connection. If you are connected to the Gigaset camera 2.0 network, enter the WLAN data. It is important that you have given the location approval for the elements app. When entering the time, please use the correct time zone."
