There is a problem at the moment with the electronic programme guide (EPG); repeat broadcasts are sometimes not listed, preventing them from being programmed in the normal way. Serial recordings are not affected by this problem.
Below is a visual illustration of the problem:
When selecting a film from the TV guide, and when accessing "Repeat broadcasts", only the prime time showing (8.15 p.m.) is visible.
However, when you scroll through the TV guide, a repeat broadcast can be found (in this example, at 12.30 am).

The following instructions can be used as a workaround to programme a repeat broadcast until the problem has been rectified:
Enter the film's title in the search function (remote control > magnifying glass):

Based on availability, results will be shown containing the terms PROGRAMMES or VIDEO.
VIDEO refers to rental films from the Video on Demand store. You should therefore select PROGRAMMES.
As shown in this example, both the prime time showing (8.15 p.m.) and the repeat showing (12.35 a.m.) are listed. Select the repeat broadcast:

RECORD the programme:

Please note that repeats are not always broadcast. The cause of this problem has been identified by our specialists, who are already working on a solution.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
