Did you send your copy of the ID and the letter by registered mail R to the contact center in Bern? If so, it can take up to 10 days until something works.
To speed up the process, you can call 0800 800 800 together with the contract holder of the hotline and request this - it may then be processed directly or take one more day.
If you live near a Swisscom shop, you can also go there directly with the contract holder - with your ID - and have it transferred there. This will then take half an hour at most.
