Cannot play recordings

  • I haven’t been able to play recordings for several days. The replay function doesn’t work either. The following message appears: “Unfortunately, your selection cannot be played at the moment.” On the right I discovered the following “STB-UI-10208”.

    I observe the same phenomenon. I’ve switched the box off and on again several times. Still the same: after a few minutes of recording, the message appears as you mentioned.

    What did you do to get it working again (call support?).
