So, last night my Internet Box 2 rebotted by itself and now loops through red light, flashes white (including the signal and plus button) then does the same again and again
Phoned this morning and told it was a firmware upgrade issue - anyone else having this problem or any thoughts on how to fix as not been given timescales for a fix - at moment no internet, TV or phone!
