There is currently an outage with iOS devices and the TV 2.0 app.
As you noticed, the problem doesn’t occur when you are connected to a WiFi.
The workarounds are, disable the 4G, use a WiFi connection or try to activate the flight mode and then the mobile network again.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a resolve time. However, it seems that the new TV Air update 2.1.0 fixes the issue.
