Google Play abroad not via mobile network

Hello, I haven’t been able to update or download apps via the mobile network abroad for about two months.
Who can say something about it? Thanks

Yes, it’s ok via WiFi. I would like to know why it was possible to download over the mobile network until about two months ago. This means that I would like to know why this is no longer possible.
I can also set up a hotspot on a second phone and use it as WiFi. How can such a change be justified?

All settings have been checked in the Telecom Shop. (Very good service) I spoke on the phone with Google Help for at least 15 minutes and am still in contact via email. Nobody at Swisscom has heard of this problem either.
When I leave the country and enter A, DE, FR, ES, a download is only possible via WiFi. If someone could be found to try a stay abroad, at least I wouldn’t feel so “lonely”. Thank you very much

The answer is simple: In the Play Store you can either set that you can only do updates via WIFI or you can do it via WIFI and MOBILE NETWORK. The settings can be found in the Play Store under SETTINGS…

Hello Dani, this setting is also taken into account. However, I put it in the first position to download in a controlled manner.
Thank you
