Recording live events with Swisscom TV 2.0 plus

Hello,

I am customer using Swisscom TV 1.0 and I have received a letter from Swisscom that I can migrate to Swisscom 2.0.

Before going for the new version I would like to know if I can still record sport events such as football matches with Swisscom TV 2.0 plus?

(This used to be a problem with version 2.0 and that’s why I am still using the version 1.0)

I would like a clear answer from Swisscom concerning this recording function?

It is now possible to record Sport Live Events, the problem you refer to is probably the one back in 2014 and is now resolved.
