Network Unlock

HI there,

I have permanently recturned to the UK and I still want to use my phone but with my UK sim card. My phone is requesting a Network Unlock PIN, how can I ascertain one from the UK?

I have tried various avenues online through the SwissCom website to get an answer, but I am requested to setup an account, whoch I am unable to do as I am in the UK.

Please advise.

I have now completed and submitted a form using the link that you kindly provided. Awaiting for approval for my request.
