Dears, we have long time moved out of switzerland, back in February, and made all necessary paperwork, as well as we gave back all tv decoders etc in order to cancel our subscription to your services.
My wife XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXX has since then has been complaining several times to stop the service,although we presented all documentation and requirements needed.
I need you please to urgently stop the service and cancel all due invoices accordingly as I won't pay for such as I don't live anymore in Switzerland since beginning of March.We handed over to you the Bottomingen Canton certification we were moving out from Switzerland.
