white remote control with voice recognition - cannot change channel

Hello,

I have had my Swisscom 2.0 tv box for a about a month and a half. Today turned on the TV, channel came up (the last one we watched yesterday) but I’m unable to change the channels with the remote control. I have tred the trouble shooting on the website (take out battery, put it back in, restart box, try to connect with the back button, etc) nothing works. Any other ideas, thoughts?

i called up the helpline, and a supernice genteleman I spoke to restarted my TV box and then helped me try resync after TV box was restarted and it worked like magic!
