How can I find out how much credit I have for a card on a device which CANNOT receive SMS?

The subject says it all. But in detail,

I have a sim-card in a USB modem stick.

This, of course, cannot receive SMS.

it is a pre-paid, so MySwisscom cannot function.

The only option on the web-site would appear to be the ability to top up the credit. But nowhere can I see how much credit I actually have.

If you have a mobile phone, you could try to put the simcard in this phone and check your credit with *130#.

You could also set up a Swisscom Login. The Simcard is able to receive SMS with a mobile devise, so there will be no problem for the registration SMS.

Otherwise, you could call the Swisscom hotline. 0800 800 800.

Swisscom generally are able to receive and send SMS, when used with a device which supports SMS too.
