It has been a couple of days since I coult not watch the TV. I thought it would be alright if it was related to a sort of a temporary disruption. However, the problem is still going on. I have no issue with the internet connection and the lined phone. Only the TV subscription has an issue. I only see a dark blue screen with a couple of basic functions on the bottom. As I have checked the setup (or configuration?), the IPTV status says 'Disconnected'. Please advise me on this issue.
