Sorry had problems with the entering of my question.

I’m using Galaxy tab s2 overseas and I’m trying to watch a recording. If I activate play I get the new video page either black with sound or with the starting picture (still) and sound.

I can listen to the recording but I do not see any picture.!

This is new I used the same procedure since December 1 and I did work properly for many days.

Try to reinstall the app.

Also: do you have the same issue while playing online via web tv air?
