ist es denkbar, dass das Routing via ip-plus.net ein wenig ungut ist? Ich komme nicht mehr zu http://www.dpreview.com/ - eine der beliebtesten Websites für Kameratests im Web. Das ist im übrigen ein totales Versagen, nicht nur degradierter Services.
Wenn ich im Internet nach "i00eqx-005-ten0-13-0-0" schaue, finde ich aktuelle Beschwerden zu "BLC" bei "Steam" (https://steamcommunity.com/app/6370/discussions/0/612823460251674370?l=english))
Ist das ein Peering mit Equinix (eqx) das da nicht so tut wie es soll?
Das hält jetzt schon ein paar Tage an und ist anscheinend unabhängig von meinem genauen Zugangspunkt in das Swisscom-Netz (4G, 3G, VDSL, Hotspot - daheim und anderswo).
