Swisscom TV 2.0 remote issues

Hello,

I have had Swisscom TV 2.0 now ofr a few weeks.

Overall I like the service but it is not 100% yet.

We have to restart the box now and then but especially the remote control is loosing its connection to the TV box atleast once per day.

Is there anything we could to for fault finding or ensuring the remote control stays connected to the TV box?
